Maria Santye, owner of Creative Expressions, LLC and principal interior designer has been in the design field since 1991. Maria is a graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelpia.
She has worked with clients across the country in providing comfortable and beautiful interiors. Her work has been published in Design NJ Magazine and has also contributed to articles in, the Princeton Packet Inside Magazine and the Montgomery News.
Maria obtained her accredited staging professional certification in May of 2006 and in the past 2 years has staged and consulted on over $30 million dollars worth of real estate in NJ, Florida and California. She is a member of the International Furnishing and Design Association, Accredited Staging Profession, and the International Association of Home Staging Professionals.
In our practice we understand the difference between design and staging and each client's project reflects that.
We specialize in staging vacant and occupied homes. Our fully-insured staging staff includes accredited staging professionals (asps) and an interior designer.

Thank you again for your support of Women Build. We worked on one of the 4 houses being built in Somerset on Saturday, November 1st. Being a woman I am proud to say that it was exciting to take part in Raritan Valley Habitat for Humanity's first ever totally Women- funded house!
It was a beautiful sunny day. We insulated corner blocks on the framed house and we "toe nailed" soldier studs above door frames. I even cut 2x4's with the circular saw (feeling very powerful!) We were a bit sore and tired at the end of the day but we had great fun and fulfilled a wonderful purpose.
